How do i register my scooter so the warranty is valid?
We will take care of everything for you by registering your details with the manufacturer on your behalf. Your warranty starts on the date we deliver the scooter to you.
What happens if i have a problem with my scooter?

How long should i charge up my scooter for?
As a rule of thumb, you should charge up your scooter for at least 12 hours once a week if you are not using it. If you use your scooter, charge it up for 12 hours at the end of the day. Once the scooter's battery is fully charged, turn the charger off, as prolonged charging can damage your battery..
Is the Pride Celebity DX 4 able to disassemble?
The Pride Celebrity DX 4 does disassemble into seven parts. We wouldn't recommend doing this daily as the parts are pretty heavy. Handy to have the feature to be able to take away on holiday with you, though. We recommend the Pride Quest as your ideal travel companion if you are looking for a fully portable scooter.
