Standard NZ home delivery

  • Your goods will be processed as normal and shipped within 2-3 working days.
  • Ordered goods will usually arrive within 5 working days for most of the NZ mainland.
  • Delivery addresses located in Rural Areas or not on the mainland may incur additional charges (scooter accessories only).
  • Your order will be delivered by Mobility Scooters Direct NZ, NZ Post or Courier. Please note: courier companies are not insured to cross your threshold and, in some cases, will need assistance with the delivery.

The price of international delivery depends on where you are located. For international deliveries we use a wide range of couriers.

Missing Parcels & Deliveries

 

Please be aware that if you request that your item(s) is left in a safe place via the courier notes, The Better Life Company cannot claim for missing items or damage to your parcel. As a result, in the event of an absence, we strongly recommend that you collect your parcel from your local delivery depot or instruct the courier to leave your parcel with a trusted neighbour.

 

  • The Better Life Company strongly advises against deliveries to hotels and third parties. Any deliveries to hotels or third parties are entirely at the risk of the customer. The Better Life Company cannot accept any liability for mislaid or missing orders.
  • Unfortunately The Better Life Company cannot accept any liability for mislaid or missing orders once they have been delivered to the address that you have given us.
  • If your product is damaged you MUST advise The Better Life Company on the SAME DAY of delivery/receipt of your goods. After this time we are unable to claim from our carriers.

Delayed Orders

 

Occasionally we run out of certain products. If you place an order for an item we are currently waiting for we will wait 5 days to see if it's delivered to our warehouse. If not, we will send out the item(s) we do have in stock, with the remaining items going onto back order.

 

  • Once we receive the stock we will dispatch the missing item(s) with no delivery charge.
  • Where stock is limited for certain items, we will contact customers to give them an update or arrange a similar item.
