How do i register my scooter so the warranty is valid?
We will take care of everything for you by registering your details with the manufacturer on your behalf. Your warranty starts on the date we deliver the scooter to you.
What happens if i have a problem with my scooter?

How long should i charge up my scooter for?
As a rule of thumb, you should charge up your scooter for at least 12 hours once a week if you are not using it. If you use your scooter, charge it up for 12 hours at the end of the day. Once the scooter's battery is fully charged, turn the charger off, as prolonged charging can damage your battery..
Can i use the Sport Rider on the road?
Current New Zealand law states mobility scooters cannot be used on the road, only on the footpath. This legislation is under review, and we hope to have good news for all mobility scooter riders soon.
